The Rolling Calf is said to be a spirit of a dead person who takes the form of an animal that roams at night, seeking out troublesome souls. Most Rolling Calves have fire and smoke coming from their nostrils and a large chain around their necks. Legend has it this spirit can be heard by anyone but can only be seen by people who claim they can see Duppies or ghosts.
